US regrets United Nations move to launch Gaza probe

The United States on Thursday said that it deeply regretted a decision by the United Nations Human Rights Council to launch an international investigation into crimes that may have been committed in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians​​. The UNHRC decided to create an open-ended international investigation into violations surrounding the latest Gaza violence.
