India reports 3,993 Covid-19 cases, lowest in 662 days, and 108 deaths in 24 hours; active caseload drops to 49,948

India has reported 3,993 new cases of Covid-19, the lowest in 662 days, and 108 deaths in the last 24 hours, a Union health government released on Tuesday stated. India's Covid case tally has risen to 4,29,71,308, while the death toll reached 5,15,210, the government said. The active caseload in India has further declined to 49,948, with a drop of 4,170 such cases.
