Jaishankar’s Blinken & Lavrov talks focus on Ukraine crisis

External affairs minister S Jaishankar held discussions on regional and global issues, with focus on the Ukraine situation, in bilateral meetings with his US and Russian counterparts, Antony Blinken and and Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in Bali. Jaishankar also met French foreign minister Catherine Colonna.

Dr. Sharvari Inamdar, a 40-year-old mother of two from Pune, India, has become the only Indian to win two gold medals in the annual World Masters Powerlifting championship held in Mongolia. Competing in the 57kg category, Inamdar lifted a total of 350kg to secure the gold medal. She also achieved a total of 395kg in the 'equipped' category, earning her the second rank in the International Powerlifting Federation's 'Best Lifters of Masters/Strong Woman' title.
