Working past midnight, Supreme Court collegium clears 7 names for HC CJ appointment

The collegium of CJI Chandrachud and Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Sanjiv Khanna recommended the appointment of Justice Sunita Agarwal as chief justice of Gujarat, the post that fell vacant on the retirement of Justice Sonia J Gokani.
