Passenger takes airline to court over wheelchair troubles

A Vistara business-class passenger has filed a complaint against the airline for allegedly not providing proper wheelchair assistance and causing humiliation. The incident has raised questions about the responsibility of airlines towards passengers with mobility issues. Vistara claims that the passenger did not declare her medical condition and that the incident occurred on a day of delayed flights due to an accident at Mumbai airport.
