Amit Shah to attend ITBP's 62nd Foundation Day Parade Ceremony in Dehradun

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be attending the 62nd Foundation Day Parade Ceremony of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) as the chief guest. The ITBP is responsible for guarding the India-China border and is tasked with various functions such as vigilance, prevention of border violations, and checking illegal immigration and smuggling. The force is also deployed to restore order in case of disturbances and provides security to sensitive installations and important individuals.
