Kumaraswamy hits out at Congress CM Siddaramaiah for making tall promises in Telangana
JD(S) Karnataka President H D Kumaraswamy criticized Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for not fulfilling key election promises in Karnataka, but making similar promises in Telangana. Kumaraswamy mocked Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar for pledging five hours of power to farmers in Telangana when they already receive 24-hour power supply. He also highlighted the shortage of staff and buses in Karnataka, as well as the failure to provide financial benefits to eligible families. Kumaraswamy further criticized the power situation in the state, citing frequent load shedding and police stations operating without electricity.
