Day after Dave letter, SC bar body reposes full faith in CJI

Senior advocate Dushyant Dave points out irregularity in listing of sensitive matters in an open letter to the Chief Justice of India. Supreme Court Bar Association president Adish C Aggarwala expresses full faith and confidence in Justice D Y Chandrachud's neutrality and administrative skill. Aggarwala defends the assignment of cases, stating it is not open to question. He calls Dave's letter malicious and calculated to embarrass the administration, urging the CJI to ignore such pressure tactics.
