'It's about making our process more efficient and accountable': CJI Chandrachud on SC going paperless

Highlighting the shift towards a paperless Supreme Court, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud stressed on Thursday that the objective extends beyond environmental concerns, aiming to enhance the efficiency, seamlessness, and accountability of our judicial processes. Additionally, CJI Chandrachud officially opened the Consultation Room and the Arbitration Room in the Supreme Court today. In the preceding year, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud declared that the Supreme Court had implemented free Wi-Fi access in Courts 1-5 and would soon extend this service to bar rooms.
