'I was scared': Ex-home minister Shinde recalls visits to J&K; BJP reacts

Former Union minister Sushil Kumar Shinde admitted he was scared of militants during a visit to Jammu and Kashmir's Lal Chowk as home minister. At his memoir launch, he shared this experience. BJP criticized Congress for promoting politics in the valley before Articles 370 and 35A were abrogated.
